Pam Bertani

Pam Bertani is the principal at The Winston Bertani Law Group. Ms. Bertani is a skilled trial attorney and has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation. Ms. Bertani is also a licensed patent attorney and has extensive expertise drafting, prosecuting and managing patent, trademark and copyright submissions before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Copyright Office. Ms. Bertani's transactional expertise also includes evaluating intellectual property-related proprietary rights agreements, preparing strategic documentation regarding the disposition and enforcement of intellectual property assets, and advising companies on maximizing the value of their intellectual property rights via effective branding and licensing strategies. She has designed and conducted numerous product protocols and managed related documentation for assessing pharmaceutical test products and evaluating medical and scientific trends involving product liability litigation. In 2007, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger appointed Ms. Bertani to the California Commission On Uniform State Laws, for which she currently serves as Chair.
